Hardwood

Solid or engineered, hardwood is durable and easy to clean. Hardwood gives homes a more classic, clean look and can increase the value of a home.

COREtec

100% waterproof and easy to clean, COREtec is vinyl that sits on a Wood Plastic Composite. Manufactured by US Floors, there is a layer of cork – which adds cushioning, sound absorption, and has the added benefit of being resilient to mold.

Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP)

LVP looks like, but is cheaper than hardwood, comes in a variety of colors, and most brands are waterproof.

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)

LVT is made with 3D printing and has more depth and durability than regular vinyl. In addition, it is resistant to damage from heat, moisture, and dents – with some brands being waterproof.

Linoleum & Marmoleum

Made from linseed oil, linoleum is a natural product and does not attract dust and allergens. Linoleum is easy to clean and water resistant. It’s durability makes it a great choice for homes with children and pets. And because it is all natural, it is biodegradable and can be recycled. Marmoleum is similar to linoleum, but comes with a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) credit. Marmoleum also comes in a variety of colors.

Wood Grained

Wood grained flooring looks like hardwood, but has the same qualities as vinyl.

Porcelain

Porcelain is another great option for kitchens, bathrooms, and other high traffic areas. It is resistant to liquids, stains, and can last for decades.

Laminate

Snapping together for easy installation, there is no need to use glues or other volatile organic compounds. Laminate is durable and easy to clean.

Carpet

Cut pile or loop pile, carpet tiles, and more. Carpet is inexpensive and comes in many colors, textures, and styles.

Vinyl

One of the less expensive flooring options, vinyl is great for heavy traffic areas as it is durable, reduces noise, and is comfortable under your feet. It also comes in a variety of colors and patterns.

Cork

Cork comes from the bark of the cork oak tree. It is natural and biodegradable. A great option for allergy sufferers, cork is mildew, mold, dust, and pollen resistant. Other advantages to cork is its ability to absorb sound as well as keep your home warm in the winter and cooler in the summer.

Ceramic

Ceramic is great for kitchens and bathrooms as it is impervious to water. It is very easy to clean, durable, and can last for decades. The many color options can let you express your taste and individuality.
